Runaway Magician

You are Lily, a young magician frog! You've run away from home because you just can't take those guys anymore.

You may not know much about magic or even the world, but you think you can make it just fine out here in Starleaf Woods!

All you've brought with you is your Wand for castin', your Trusty Rod for fishin', your Magic Textbooks for studyin', and your Sack of Snacks for munchin'!

You don't know much about this place, but you think you've heard a river nearby and some creatures scattered throughout the forest.

Wholly unprepared for constructing any sort of shelter (didn't really think this "running from home" thing through, huh?), you quickly try to find something that will do.

You find a large cave and set your belongings down at the mouth. You haven't learned any fire magic yet back home, so you try making a campfire the old-fashioned way. You are unsuccessful.

The sun is starting to set, you're a bit chilly, and your empty stomach is starting to grumble. The grumble echoes deep into the cavern, which seems to extend into the darkness for quite a long distance. You suppose this will be your home base for now, though you still have a feeling of uncertainty all around you...

What do you do?
